Rules, Terms and Conditions, Document Requirements when applying for Bahrain Residency Visa as a Property Owner.
These Rules are subject to change and issuance of the Residency Visa is not guaranteed.
These Rules and Conditions are for Foreign Bahrain Property Owners applying for a Bahrain Residency Permit on the basis of ownership of the property. Other rules exist for other applicants.
The applicant must have purchased a Bahrain Property in his/her name worth not less than BD50,000 (Fifty thousand Bahraini Dinars)
The applicant and dependants must have health insurance.
The applicant must present a Good Conduct Certificate
The applicant must have a bank deposit of not less than BD15,000 (Fifteen thousand dinars) in the name of the applicant in one of the banks or financial institutions that has a working licence in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The applicant must have a regular income of not less than BD500 (five hundred dinars) per month.
The applicant must not work for the public or private sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain
