|Dubai Weather and Temperature, the Climate of Dubai.
Dubai Weather with a brief look at the yearly climate of Dubai and what to wear for those visiting Dubai and the UAE.
Dubai's location in shallow waters of the Gulf and the geography of the area have resulted in the climate and weather in Dubai being
generally warm, sometimes hot and humid mostly dry all year-round.
The seasons are separated into four, with June to September often being very hot, this heat can be accompanied by high levels of humidity
which results in making the apparent temperature much higher, which you especially notice when the real temperature is over 40*C,
resulting in it being very uncomfortable outside, even at night. August and September are usually the worst months for heat and humidity
but you can also have periods of very pleasant weather in these months. Air conditioning is used to help you cope but can make it cold
indoors, so be prepared for this even in summer.
From December through to March the climate of Dubai is much more pleasant with cooler temperatures and the occasional rain shower,
which can be heavy at times. The odd large storm system is not unusual at this time of year with high winds and heavy rain. December and
January can be cold, especially at night with the temperature dropping to around 10*C. If you are visiting Dubai at this time bring a jumper
and Jacket. The real feel temperature with the wind factor taken into account can be as lower than 10*C.
April/May and October/November are regarded as the transitional months and are usually a great time to be outdoors and brings a more
Mediterranean type climate to Dubai and make this a perfect time to visit Dubai.
